Air Indemnité is a new start-up that helps travellers know their rights and get compensation back from the airlines when flights are cancelled.
The three-letter airport codes symbolise the journey a traveller had planned. But since the plan didn’t go as planned, we follow it with another three-letters representing a word that is muttered by many travellers when their flight has been delayed, cancelled or overbooked.
